We collect information electronically or by hand. We collect personal data in order to identify you as a practitioner and to communicate with you about the running’s of One Space Enfield. We use this information in order to write an agreement allowing you to hire rooms with us. Personal data provided by you is held and processed in accordance with the data protection principles set out in the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will not be shared with any other organisation or individual without your permission, unless required to do so by law. We hold the information until the agreement between yourself and One Space Enfield comes to an end or is terminated by either party under the terms of agreement.

Only with your consent, do we publish your name, profession and contact details on our website. You can opt out of having your information on the website at any time. Once your information enters the pubic domain, we have no responsibility over what third parties may do with it. Information relating to your method of payment:
Collection of payment is done through GoCardless.com. The only information we can access on this site is your name and which bank you use. We will not store or collect your payment card details.
