One Space offers the flexibility of hiring rooms on an ad hoc basis by the hour or by block contract bookings.

Rooms are booked on the hour.

Ad hoc hourly bookings:
Rate - £15.50 per hour
Terms - 24 hours cancellation policy. Bookings based on availability.
Payments settled at the end of each month.

Contract bookings for 4 hours + per week:
Rate - £13 per hour
(calculated monthly - number of weekly bookings x 52 weeks in the year divided by 12 months)
Payments settled in advance at the beginning of each month.

Contract bookings for 10 hours + per week:
Rate - £11 per hour
(calculated monthly - number of weekly bookings x 52 weeks in the year divided by 12 months)
Payments settled in advance at the beginning of each month.

Requests are typically responded to within 24 hours. Once registered, practitioners will be given access to our easy online booking system.

Are the rooms confidential?One Space has a waiting room which is separated from the clinical rooms by a corridor to ensure confidentiality within the rooms. A white noise machine is also used in the hall to ensure noise does not travel.

How can I book?Please contact Dr Lucy Robson by phone or email. Requests are usually responded to within 24 hours. We will then arrange a time for you to view the clinic. Access to the building will be provided along with a link to our online booking system.

What is the cancellation policy?We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for ad hoc hourly bookings. After this time you will be charged the full amount for room rental. For contract bookings a notice period of 4 weeks is required.

What type of booking options are available?One Space Enfield offers the flexibility to book ad hoc hourly bookings. However, we also know how frustrating it can be having to vacate the room for the next practitioner or not being able to book a room at the time you want. We therefore offer contract block or day bookings at a reduced rate so that practitioners can relax in the knowledge that they have secured the space on an ongoing basis without having to keep checking their bookings.

Is there a separate waiting room/ space for practitioners and clients?Yes! We understand that it can be less than ideal for practitioners and clients to share a waiting area whilst waiting for the room to be vacated or for the session to start. We therefore offer a waiting area on the ground floor for clients. Whilst on the first floor we offer a small separate waiting area/ kitchen where practitioners can wait for their room to become available or get refreshments.

How do clients and practitioners enter the building?Practitioners are provided with a fob for the main door. Once in the main entrance, there are two doors into the clinic. Practitioners can enter through their own door rather than having to walk through the waiting room. On arrival, clients use the video entry system to buzz through to the room in which they have their appointment. Once in the main entrance they can wait in the waiting room.

How do I pay?Once you have registered with the clinic you will be asked to sign up to GoCardless. This enables One Space to automatically take payment for bookings each month. Ad hoc hourly payments are taken at the end of each month. Contract block booking payments are taken in advance at the start of the month.
