About
As a qualified professional and certified grief educator based in the UK, I specialise in supporting adults through complex grief, loss, and bereavement. This includes the profound pain of baby loss, miscarriage, the loss of a child, and the unique grief that follows a death by suicide, as well as the significant life transitions of divorce and relationship breakups. With over four years of experience, I help clients navigate the intense emotional and psychological impact of these experiences.
I am also an autism-informed practitioner and a certified trauma-informed counsellor. My practice is built on deep empathy, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where your feelings are heard and validated.
Specialist interest:
My core work is centred on grief and loss in its many forms. I offer compassionate and informed support for those coping with pregnancy and infant loss, the death of a child at any age, and the specific complexities of suicide bereavement, as well as the significant life transitions that follow divorce or the end of a relationship.
My dual background in grief education and autism-informed practice allows me to provide tailored support, understanding that neurodiversity can profoundly shape the experience and processing of trauma and loss. I am committed to a sensitive and understanding approach to healing for every individual.
