About
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with a private practice offering both in-person and online sessions. I have previous experience working at the Priory North London and currently also work within the NHS. My approach is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy, which explores the influence of unconscious processes, early relational experiences, and the dynamics that emerge within the therapeutic relationship.
I work with a wide range of emotional difficulties and mental health concerns, offering both open-ended and time-limited therapy on a weekly basis. Alongside individual work, I facilitate group therapy, providing a reflective space for shared exploration, support, and psychological growth.
I strive to create a safe, containing environment in which complex or painful feelings can be understood and worked through. Therapy can help illuminate parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, misunderstood, or difficult to articulate — allowing for greater emotional clarity and deeper self-connection.
I also offer psychodynamic supervision for both qualified therapists and those in training. Whether you’re in private practice or working in a clinical setting, I aim to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space to support your therapeutic thinking and professional development.
In addition to clinical therapy, I have experience conducting autism assessments using gold-standard diagnostic tools: the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R. I am experienced in carrying out these structured assessments with adolescents and adults seeking clarity around neurodiversity.
Alongside my clinical work, I also have experience offering group analytic consultation and reflective spaces to organisations seeking to better understand the emotional life of their teams and workplace dynamics. These sessions support staff wellbeing, surface unconscious processes within groups, and promote healthier communication and collaboration across professional systems.
