About

I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with an MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) and a registered member of the BACP. My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and trauma-informed, grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and creative modalities. I work relationally to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where children and young people can explore emotional difficulties, build resilience, and develop greater self-understanding.

I have experience supporting clients with a range of mental health and developmental challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, ASD, and ADHD. My work is often informed by a deep interest in identity and difference, supporting children and families who experience themselves as outside the dominant culture.

Where helpful, I incorporate arts and play therapy to support clients in expressing themselves and processing complex feelings beyond words. I also work closely with parents and carers, offering attachment-focused, reflective support using a Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) model to strengthen relationships and promote lasting emotional growth.I currently work across schools and in private practice, offering individual therapy, family and parent work, group therapy, and staff consultation.

Specialist interest:

I have a particular interest in supporting children with complex presentations including ASD and ADHD, as well as those navigating issues around identity and belonging. I also work closely with parents and families, using an attachment and trauma-informed lens to support relational repair and connection.
