About
I am an experienced family and systemic psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and trainer. I'm passionate about using a wide range of systemic approaches to help people in understanding relationships, both with oneself and with others.
My aim is to create a safe environment to give people the chance to explore feelings, meanings and behaviours, by focusing on their interactions and relationships. I attend to how societal pressures and oppression influences people’s lives and relationships contributing to the challenges they are experiencing. It is hoped that by supporting people to build on strengths and address challenges they can make useful changes in their relationships and lives.
I offer short and long-term family and systemic psychotherapy face-to-face and online.
I also offer clinical systemic supervision, coaching and mentoring to trainees at all levels of systemic training and qualified family and systemic psychotherapists.
Specialist interest:
My interests are in making family and systemic psychotherapy accessible to those from marginalised backgrounds affected by societal power-based inequities, racism, oppression and using my platform to facilitate training about the importance of social and racial justice underpinning systemic practice to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the therapeutic context.
