About

Hello and welcome to my page. I am an experienced and accredited CBT Therapist.

You may be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break - repetitive thoughts, constant doubt, or anxiety that shows up most in the areas that matter to you, like relationships, work and hobbies. Perhaps your mind feels busy and relentless, pulling you  into overthinking, reassurance-seeking, or trying to find certainty that never quite lasts. Or maybe you notice anxiety affecting how you show up with others—worrying about saying the “wrong” thing, being rejected, or not feeling fully yourself.

As well as providing therapy for a wide variety of disorders, I specialise in treating different types of OCD and relationship anxiety. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, insightful, and deeply caring but find themselves caught in cycles that leave  them feeling exhausted or disconnected.

We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you gradually step out of unhelpful patterns, and move toward what matters most to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need a place where you can feel understood  and begin to move forward. That's what I aim to provide.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can explore what your needs are and take it from there.
