About
With a background as a Soft Tissue Therapist since 2017 and a Master of Osteopathy, as a registered osteopath and health and wellbeing project manager. My practice, ANATOMIA, reflects a fascination with how the human body is put together and how its structures interact. I provide a whole-person, problem-solving approach to look beyond the immediate pain and understand contributing factors. As a Director of Holistika - The Healing Art CIC, leading the design and delivery of accessible community health initiatives.
Specialist interest:
I have specialist interest in Women's health, Neurodivergent healthcare, and Scar rehabilitation. With advanced skills in exploring how individual lived experiences and neurodivergence shape unique treatment needs and engagement. I also have a specialist interest and postgraduate research in manual therapeutic interventions for scar mobility and function, focusing on evidence synthesis to bridge gaps between clinical practice, patient experience, and available research.
